Remote Coordinator Part-Time WBTS 955 The Beat

Job Description:
Part Time Remote Coordinator working as part of the 95-5 The BEAT Promotions street team and remote team. Candidate must have a highly flexible schedule which accommodates weekly events Thursdays through Sundays each week along with variable hours Mondays through Wednesdays. Must be available during holidays. Requirements of the job include assisting in all aspects of promotions including remotes, on-site events and office detail for pre- and post-promotional activities.

Responsibilities:
Set-up of promotional events, including sound equipment, broadcast vehicle, tent, and prize giveaways on a regular basis. Must be able to lift equipment weighing up to 75 lbs without difficulty. Act as station representative to interact with people in a friendly and positive manner at all times. There will be no on-air studio or board-op work for this position. Active in local community with the marketing of 95-5 The Beat.

Qualifications:
Must have passion for the business of radio and marketing. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word programs with ability to learn additional programs. Prior radio experience preferred but not required. Knowledge of basic HTML preferred. Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred. Valid GA Driver's license and clean driving record, with reliable transportation a MUST!

Job Description:
Work with existing and new clients to achieve marketing goals and provide good client service; sell advertising time, event sponsorships and website postings to existing and new clients.

Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of client's accounts from initial contact through collections and renewal; be able to grow agency shares and generate direct and non-traditional business to foster revenue growth for the station.

Qualifications:
A sales professional with minimum 1 years of Media sales experience or equivalent, with excellent business development and problem-solving skills; should be highly motivated with a deep understanding of marketing and a desire to win.
