Remote Coordinator Part-Time WBTS 95-5 The Beat

Job Description:
Part Time Remote coordinator working as part of the 95-5 The BEAT Promotions street team and remote team. Candidate must have a highly flexible schedule which accommodates weekly events Thursdays through Sundays each week as well as variable hours Mondays through Wednesdays. Must have consistent availability to work annual holiday events including (but not limited to): Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Cinco de Mayo, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and New Year's Eve. Requirements of the job include assisting in all aspects of promotions including remotes, on-site events and office detail for pre- and post-promotional activities.

Responsibilities:
Set-up of promotional events, including sound equipment, broadcast vehicle, tent, and prize giveaways on a regular basis. Must be able to lift equipment weighing up to 75 lbs without difficulty. Act as station representative to interact with people in a friendly and positive manner at all times. There will be no on-air studio or board-op work for this position. Active in local community with the marketing of 95-5 The Beat.
Qualifications:
Must have passion for the business of radio and marketing. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word programs with ability to learn additional programs. Prior radio experience preferred but not required. Knowledge of basic HTML preferred. Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred. Valid GA Driver's license and clean driving record, with reliable transportation a MUST!

Continuity Manager – Cox Radio-Atlanta

Job Description:
Handle continuity for local and national accounts for large radio group.

Responsibilities:
All aspects of processing continuity in a detailed, organized manner using the paperless production system. Coordination with the Production department, Traffic and the Marketron software system.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to reset priorities, meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. Radio traffic/continuity experience necessary. Marketron software experience preferred.
