Representatives for Celebrity Rehab have reportedly contacted X's lawyer. He was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly violating his probation by using illegal drugs, including cocaine. X is being held without bond and is due back in court on Tuesday.

Officials at the correctional facility have reportedly issued a no autographs rule because "Lil Wayne is not a celebrity in there." Weezy is nearly a week into his one-year sentence on gun charges, but could get out after eight months if he behaves and doesn't sign any autographs. A New York City Department of Corrections official tells People magazine, "Inmate Carter is in a category of housing that we call 'general population/escort." The official also shared some details about Wayne's life on the inside: Breakfast is served at 4:30 a-m, Dinner is at 4:30 p-m and he gets one hour of recreation a day on an outdoor basketball court.
