What does the phrase "No Voice... No Choice" mean?

Voice means being a registered voter. Choice means exercising your right to vote for political leaders to represent you.

If you're not registered to vote, you don't have a political voice. And if you don't have a voice, you can't choose policymakers to represent your interests.
